The restored Hindle Building may have more than one purpose. Using our Suggestion Form, please research and outline your idea - you may submit multiple ideas! Your submissions will be used for Committee discussion.
Please remember that restoration will be very expensive and requires compliance with ADA requirements, updated utilities and removal of asbestos and lead paint known to be in the building (estimated cost is greater than 1 million dollars). Please be detailed in your description and provide cost estimates where possible. At this point, consider that the building will not be sold, but leased. Thank you for your time and effort.
