County Facilities

The Department of Public Works is responsible for all of the county properties including:

Administration Building
All of the county firehouses
Boepple Building
County Park/Fairgrounds
Courthouse Complex
Emergency Operations Center
Health Department
Hindle Building
Jackson Building
James L. Hamner Library
Public Works Building
Social Services Building
War Memorial Building

This includes maintaining the buildings, grounds and all janitorial services. We are also responsible for maintaining the county's fleet of over 20 vehicles and equipment, and all of the county's emergency generators.
